Earthscape Home Exchange and Return Policies
All of our products include a manufacturer’s or store warranty that covers flaws and defects in workmanship. Additionally, some of our mattress suppliers offer comfort layer exchanges not including the cost of shipping and handling. Some products that we offer may have other exchange or return policies that are offered exclusively by the manufacturer.
In addition to any exchange offers that our suppliers offer, Earthscape Home offers a one-time 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. This entitles our customers to a one time exchange of their purchase to a product of equal or greater value. Choosing a less expensive product for exchange will result in store credit and we do not offer refunds.
Exchange credits are based on the final purchase price from your original invoice. Promotions or special offers are not redeemable for cash or subject to exchange or a cash equivalent. You will receive full credit of the original invoice price towards the current sale price at the time of exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and return pick up fees are the customers responsibility and are non-refundable.
Some of our mattresses and home goods are built specifically to the customer’s specifications on a custom order basis. These orders are non - cancelable and are not refundable. Custom orders will be specified on your sales receipt. Our policies are maintained in a policies book in our showroom and posted on-line.
